Restore purchases

In QuitOne, go to Settings › QuitOne Pro › Restore purchases. Use the Apple ID you used for the purchase.

Cancel or manage

In QuitOne, go to Settings › QuitOne Pro › Manage. You can also use iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Back up or move phones

Go to Settings › Backup › Export backup and save the file somewhere you can find it. On your new iPhone, open QuitOne and tap Already used QuitOne? Restore a backup on the first screen, then select your backup file. If you've already set up a plan, use Settings › Backup › Restore from backup instead.

Restoring replaces the quit data and settings on the receiving phone. Export CSV makes a spreadsheet of your logs; use the backup file to restore your data.

Delete your data

Choose Settings › Delete quit data and confirm. This removes your plan, logs, reasons, check-ins and reminder settings. Your privacy settings stay as they are. A few app flags, such as which offers you've seen, remain until you delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local data, except the dates of offers you've already used, which iPhone keeps in its Keychain so they aren't offered twice.

Delete exported files and older iPhone backups separately if you want those copies removed too. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription.

Face ID lock

Turn on Settings › Privacy › Face ID lock. iPhone handles authentication with Face ID or your device passcode. The app covers your data while in the background and locks again after over 60 seconds away.

If authentication doesn't complete, tap Unlock to try again. Widget numbers are hidden while locked unless you enable Show numbers on the widget.

Report a problem

Email quitoneapp@gmail.com with:

  • The QuitOne version, from iPhone Settings › General › iPhone Storage › QuitOne.
  • Your iOS version, from iPhone Settings › General › About.
  • The steps that lead to the problem, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

Please don't send backup files, CSV exports, device logs or anything that shows your quit data or reasons. We never need them to help.
